Tierra Patagonia, located in Torres del Paine National Park, faced persistent guest WiFi issues due to its remote location. The existing infrastructure couldn't handle peak loads, and the nearest ISP maintenance point was hours away. Guest complaints about connectivity were affecting reviews and repeat bookings.
Solution
DITAP conducted a full WiFiAtlas site survey to map RF coverage across the entire property. We redesigned the network architecture with enterprise-grade access points, implemented VLAN segmentation for guest and operational traffic, and deployed Starlink as a redundant backup link with automatic failover. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks with zero disruption to hotel operations.

Solution
