DITAP conducted a full WiFiAtlas site survey to map RF coverage across the entire property. We redesigned the network architecture with enterprise-grade access points, implemented VLAN segmentation for guest and operational traffic, and deployed Starlink as a redundant backup link with automatic failover. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks with zero disruption to hotel operations.

The hotel now delivers consistent, high-speed WiFi across every room, common area, and outdoor space. Guest WiFi satisfaction jumped from 3.2 to 4.9 stars, complaints dropped to zero, and the Starlink backup has maintained connectivity through multiple ISP outages.
